What are European Companies?

In many countries among Europe, the European Company, not without any reason, has gained the title of the most prestigious company. This solution is used by larger companies for which payment of required 120.000 (one hundred twenty thousand) EURO of share capital is not a problem.

The greatest advantage of the European Company is the ability to transfer its registered office among EU Member States without losing its legal identity, and without the need for liquidation process.

Due to strict requirements, it is very difficult or almost impossible to set up a European company by one person. Consequently, companies of this type are in most cases purchased as ready-made companies.
